Player evaluations are critical for establishing draft pools allowing team managers to draft balanced teams. The results of the spring evaluation are one data point use to determine what division is best for each child. Your child will be placed in division based on several criteria such as: league age, skill level, prior coaching evaluations, and results of the spring evaluations. The total registration count and coaches assigned to the division also have an impact on division assignments. All players will make a team thus this is not a “tryout” as it’s commonly called.

SCHEDULE:

Warm-up: 9:45am

Rookies (ages 8 and up): 10am – 10:45 am

Minor Baseball: 11am – 11:45am

Major Baseball: 12pm – 12:45pm

Junior Players: 13 and up do not need to attend player evaluations.
Softball Player do not need to attend.

Who Attends and What Drills are Completed?

All baseball players league ages 8-12 MUST complete a player evaluation to be placed on a team. During the evaluation, the player will be asked to do their best at the following skills: Running, Infield, Outfield, Pitching and Batting
