2025 Volunteer Fee

Dear Baseball and Softball Parents,

We're excited to kick off the 2025 season and invite you to be an integral part of making it a success! As a parent or guardian, you play a vital role in shaping your child's Little League experience.

To encourage greater involvement and community engagement, we're introducing a volunteer program that benefits everyone. Here's how it works:

• We're implementing a $50 refundable volunteer fee per account.
• Volunteer for 8 hours during the season, and we'll refund the fee.

There are many fun and rewarding ways to get involved:

• Volunteer in the snack bar and meet other families
• Help make our league events unforgettable
• Assist as a scorekeeper, team parent, coach, or assistant coach
• Join our field clean-up crew and help keep our facilities looking their best
• Lend a hand with setting up and breaking down before and after games

This fee is per account, not per player, and you're welcome to split volunteer hours with other parents or guardians as needed.

By volunteering, you'll not only earn your refund but also:

• Make a positive impact on your child's experience
• Meet new people and build connections within our community
• Help us provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all players
